May 27th

So it is Day 23 of my latest challenge and boy, am I feeling GREAT! One of my favorite things about this time of my life is I am starting to feel benifets from the HIT (High Intensity Training) workouts.
These are short bursts of intense moving your body. Generally, 10-20 minutes. I am seeing in my legs, arms and core that they are stronger and I have more energy.

My biggest struggle is staying on track with the eating. Weight loss is made in the kitchen.
Really purposing to stay on track this week for my big 30 day weigh in and check in. We'll see the progress I've made. Right now, it's just one day at a time.
I had a great moment when my parents, while visiting burst out with how good I looked and that I'd lost more weight then when they'd just seen me. It's those encouragements that keep me going!
