Grain Free Pancake Yum!

Fluffy Grain-free Pancakes! 


Ingredients 

1 cup tapioca flour
1/2 cup of almond flour
1/4 cup of coconut flour
2 eggs
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 and 1/4 cups milk 
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp honey

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until combined. On a griddle cook them on medium heat till tiny bubbles start to form flip to other side. About 1 minute per side. Top with butter and your favorite syrup alternative. This recipe made 4 good sized pancakes.








It was so delicious and yummy to have actual pancakes again but, not feel awful after eating them. I will be using this recipe again and see no reason why the whole family would not enjoy these. You really don't notice a difference!

Simple Breakfast Scramble With Spinach


3 Eggs
About 1/2 cup of ground beef
1 cup of spinach

Cook the ground beef untill fully done (add salt, paprika and a little garlic), slide it over to the side of the pan and start the spinach. Stir it all up and combine. Empty the pain to allow it to drain.
Scramble your 3 eggs and add the beef/spinach mix to the pan.

Total Calories - 382
Protein- 45 grams 


*If you are eating wheat, or carbs, it could be delish on a tortilla
* I use hamburger or ground turkey because I do not eat nitrates and most of the more aforable sausage is full of it. Ground plain meat is a great option because you can add your own seasonings!
