Skinny Spaghetti

1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground chicken
1/2 diced onion
1 diced bell pepper
1 jar of Organic Pasta Sauce
1 can of Organic Tomatoes
Spaghetti spices of your choice
(Basil, oregano, garlic and rosemary)
4-5 zucchini and crook neck squash

Cook your meat all the way till done, season with spices. Add pasta sauce, and canned tomatoes.
Simmer with onions and peppers till they are tender. About 30 minutes

Grate all the squash, using the large side of your grater.
Salt and pepper it to taste
Fry in a small amount of olive oil in a saute pan till it is slightly browned/done.

Layer in a casserole dish and top with a moderate amount of sauce.
Now you portion it out for yourself the family.

That's it and your done!

I find that this dish sits very well with me. Often, after I eat pasta dishes I feel bloated and overly full. This does not cause ANY of those stomach issues. It also is delicious the next day for lunch!
As a second note, my kids LOVED this dish. They did not complain about the squash a bit.

This dish ends up being around 213 calories, and 8 grams of fat a serving
