August Update

Am I still alive and working out? Yep, I sure am! I finished BBM2.0 and was taking a break from it. Now, I've gone back to my old ways of strength training twice a week and walking 3 times a week. I am still feeling good and strong. Still keeping long term goals in sight and putting one healthier foot in front of the other.
