Grain Free Veggie Patties

These tasty babies are simple to make and yet are full of yummy goodness!



1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup shredded squash
1 1/2 table spoons coconut flour
2 eggs
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
garlic, salt, basil and paprika

Mix all together and fry in hot coconut oil for about 8-10 minutes on medium heat.
The perfect snack or side dish.
I also made a Siracha mayo sauce to go on top.
Just Siracha and mayo with a little paprika.
