Hawaiian Chicken One Dish Supper

Ok, so I enjoy photography but the one thing I am just not excelling in is taking appealing photos in the evening. While my photo leaves something to be desired this recipe DOES NOT! It is delish!

What you need
5 chicken breasts
1 package of ham cubed (I use nitrate free ham from TJs)
1/2 fresh pineapple sliced up for use
Garlic, paprika, salt and pepper
1 cup shredded cheese

It is so simple, and yet so tasty!
Cube up the chicken, start it cooking away and season it. When it is almost done, add in your pineapple and ham. Let it cook for about 5 more minutes and top with cheese. It went over with everyone in our home and the kiddos asked for more.

It is also delish with a low sugar BBQ sauce on top.
