October 4th

It's me here! Remember me:)
Well, I sat and did not lose much weight for the month of September but, I am back with a vengence!
I am 293 today and looking to shed those pounds.
A wonderful motivating phone call from my brother was what it took. It did the job and I am more focused than ever.

My current goal is to lose 10 lbs by the first Monday in November.
I use a application on my computer called My Fitness Pal

It makes things so simple when counting and keeping track of calories.
I enter in my veggies but, I don't count them as calories in my head. Veggies are basically a free food.
Dinner tonight is going to be a savory stir fry.
