Happy Friday! I know I am supposed to post on Thursday but, it is better to post late rather than not at all.
Well, it's been another week of pretty delicious foods eaten in the low carb/paleo way. I was not as good as I wished in the photo taking department but, I grabbed a couple of things.
As I go into this next week I am excited to play around even more in the kitchen and work my body during the workouts! I feel so blessed to continue on in my journey.

Quick And Easy Mediterranean Carrots Recipe
2 cups of shredded carrots
1 tablespoon all natural mayo
1 tablespoon feta
oregano, pepper and paprika
Toss together and enjoy!
Below is a photo of the mayo, I recommend. It is unsweetened and has no preservatives. It is quite tasty!
