So, it is a new year and again it is time for a new challenge.
Starting Monday, things will begin.
My idea is this-
Whole foods and no grains, sugar, soy, wheat
Good sleep habits
Exercise (Of course)
Cracking open God's word daily
Getting up at a good, early time to ready myself for the day
After a week long food party for Christmas I am excited to keep moving forward and see results.
God has shown me time and time again that if I follow some simple rules I will obviously lose weight but, also feel AMAZING!
Sugar makes me feel sleepy and dumpy. It also causes mood swings that are not fun to ride.
In our sugar laden world it can be very difficult to eradicate. Especially since they are dumping it in our food right and left. The attempt can be made to limit it as much as possible.
I invite anyone who is interested in joining up and being a part of this 30 day challenge to email me and let's set up an accountability team.
