You will need.....
Five cooked chicken breasts
Place them your food processor and pulse a few times.
Add in three spoon fulls of all natural mayo
One teaspoon of mustard
Parsley, dill and pepper to taste.
Pulse to combine.
Transfer to a bowl and add
1 half cup of chopped apples, 1 half cup cashews and a few shakes of feta cheese.
Eat on an avocado or enjoy on a rice cake. Perfection!
