Cheesy Squash Bake

Cheesy Squash Bake 

Ingredients 
2 large squash (Zucchini and yellow)
1 cup shredded cheese
Fresh parsley and rosemary to taste 
2 tablespoons butter melted
Salt, pepper, garlic, paprika to taste

Cube squash, and place in a large bowl. Toss with all the spices and cheese. Have fun with it, sing a song while you throw it around in there.

 After it's all tossed. Throw it in a glass baking dish at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. At this point add more cheese on top and let bake for about 5 more minutes. GREAT and delish side dish! Plus, you can use leftovers for eggs the next morning.
