Today was a day to stand back, sigh and remember! I hiked.... not just pansy hike but, full on, in your face, dragging myself up hills hike.
I feel so empowered that I went out, enjoyed God's stunning creation and hit one of out of the park. Giving myself a huge pat on the back as I go to sleep tonight. PRAISE the LORD for how far he has brought me in this journey. Emotional and physical healing shall be mine.
