May 9th 2014


Keeping on track for them!


So yeah, I slacked off a bit... no, I mean alot.
However I do see some victories in the last few years.
Since 2012 I have lost, and kept off 69 pounds of weight
I have not gained any of it back. I am still obese but, not as obese as I was.
For that, I am proud. I have been slowly retraining myself to view food properly.
Also, my daughter notices. She found some old photos of me and commented on how I am smaller than I was in those photos. Fist pumping yes from me :) 

I have started back up and refocused on shedding the 100 pounds that I still need to lose.
A good friend signed up to do Bikini Body Mommy and invited me to join up with her. We are on day 5 and boy it is awful and amazing! My body is detoxing from all the crummy food and is loving the new nutritious food I've introduced. Even more healthy than I normally eat.
We are signed up for a 90 day challenge. I think it will help me to do weekly check ins on here to update my progress.

My 90 day goals are 
30 pounds gone
  Consistent working out
     Lowering my sugar intake
       Viewing food as proper nutrition
